FINANCIAL WANTED FOR PROPERTY PROJECT MARBELLA
In 2021 we started a Spanish subsidiary under the same brand as our Stockholm real estate agency. We are looking for financing to re-model properties and build new properties. The concept is based on many years of experience in micro-areas in Marbella with a guaranteed return of 8% and with a possible upside of up to 30% on financed projects.
The Spanish company intends to work with an overall concept from the search for plots and potential properties for conversions and renovations. The brand has a clear "high-end" profile and is aimed primarily at a target group with a budget of over 2,5 million euros. In this price range, there is greater scope for planning with a higher margin. We have a great demand from both our partners and also from our own client register for modern luxury and turnkey properties in micro-areas around Benahavís, La Cerquilla, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Nueva Andalucía.
We are looking for one or several investors to develop this part of our business, which refers to an overall concept. From the design to the ready product of the property to the entire sales process that begins already in connection with the construction. The company is owned by Eric Bremberg, who has worked as a real estate agent for over ten years and for periods has been very active with sales in Spain. The company has already produced record prices in Djursholm and the surrounding area since its inception in December 2019. Mainly the activities in Sweden have been aimed at
discrete private sale of properties well above market value. By matching buyers and sellers, we have created higher prices than what the market via public advertising sites such as Hemnet is able to offer. We have built a close relationship with buyers and sellers and most of our sale prices are not published. Our buyers and sellers intend to hide their investments and sales, which we agree to under discreet forms.
In Marbella, the market is strong and we see a positive development of the property market in
the few selected micro-areas. There are many sellers in Spain who claim to be trained brokers, which gives us who are registered brokers in Sweden a big advantage. We want to get in touch with the right person who either intends to be a passive financier or an active part in the whole process. We prefer that you/you become a partner in the company and finance one project at a time. The investment in real estate and buildings in various projects ranges from €500k to €2,5 million and we prefer to see a higher level of financing to offer a higher return.
