The Spanish company intends to work with a holistic concept from the search for plots and potential properties for renovations and renovations. We have a great demand from both our partners and also from our own customer register for modern luxury and turnkey properties in the micro areas around Benahavís, La Cerquilla, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Nueva Andalucía.
We are looking for one or more investors to develop this part of our business that pertains to a holistic concept. From the design to the finished product of the property to the entire sales process that begins already in connection with the construction. The company is owned by Eric Bremberg who worked as a real estate agent for over ten years and during periods has been very active with sales in Spain. The company has already since the start in December 2019 produced record prices in Djursholm and the surrounding area. The operations in Sweden have primarily aimed at discreet underhand sales of properties well above market value. By matching buyers and sellers, we have created higher prices than what the market offers via public advertising sites such as Hemnet has the opportunity to offer. We have built a close relationship with buyers and sellers and most of our sales prices are not published. Our buyers and sellers intend to hide their investments and sales, which we agree on in discreet forms.
In Marbella, the market is strong and we see a positive development of the real estate market in the few selected micro-areas. There are very many sellers in Spain who pretend to be trained brokers, which gives us who are registered brokers in Sweden a big advantage. We want to get in touch with the right person who either intends to be a passive financier or an active part in the whole process. We prefer that you become a partner in the company and finance one project at a time. The investment in real estate and construction in various projects ranges from € 500k to € 2.5 million and we would rather see a higher level of financing to offer a higher return.
