What does a search assignment contain?

Based on this, we can monitor public properties and investigate whether relevant properties can become available through contact with owners or other actors. A search assignment is active work; it is no guarantee that a particular property exists or will be sold.

Three types of search

Negotiation: We discuss the offer and the structure based on the object. The assignment and any compensation are clearly agreed upon before the work begins.

Can you find properties that are not advertised?

We can actively search and investigate opportunities outside of open housing sites. Availability varies and each owner decides for themselves whether a sale is appropriate.
